As a former exclusively pumping mama, I understand the importance of a good pumping bra.  Having both hands free allows you to more efficiently manage your time while you pump.  The Simple Wishes Signature Hands Free Pumping Bra is one of the most highly recommended bras available.  I wanted to see how this bra differs from other pumping bras and how it can benefit those who pump.
The Signature Hands Free Pumping Bra comes in 2 sizes- XS-L and L-PLUS.  There are currently two color choices- black or pink.  I was sent the pink L-PLUS in exchange for a review.
The first thing I noticed when opening the package was that there are options to create the perfect fit for your body.
There are 2 straps, and when attached, they allow you to wear the bra as a halter, tank, racerback or you can omit the straps altogether and wear it strapless.
There is an optional front center zipper panel which gives a 2 inch leeway so you can move the breast pump flanges further apart if need be.
The super strong velcro ends attach to the removable back panel, with which you can adjust band size by 10 inches.  The back panel is very cushiony soft, and there is elastic reinforcement within the band to prevent the bra from slipping.  This bra stays put and doesn't dig in.
I have tried other pumping bras and have to say if you want the most custom fit, this bra is the best.  As you can see in the photos, the outer layer has a circle cover sewn in and it opens vertically, whereas the inside layer opens horizontally. This 4 way support system securely holds the pump in place.
You can slide the standard size flange through the front to the inside, or you can guide it through to the outside.  I was able to get down onto the floor while pumping and get back up again without even a nudge.  This is remarkable!
The bra is made of 83% cotton and 17% spandex.  The fabric is very smooth and soft on your skin.  It is wire-free. To clean, wash in machine, just place in a lingerie bag and put on gentle cycle.  Hang to dry.
I wear a 40 DDD while breastfeeding/pumping and I found this bra to be amazingly supportive, the sizing is accurate (fully adjustable), comfortable, easy to put on and take off, and is so far the BEST I've tried for dual pumping. This bra will help you do whatever you need to do without worrying about leaking while pumping! If you don't want to waste your time and you want to get the most out of your pumping experience, I recommend trying this bra!  For more information about how to wear this bra, you can check out the Simple Wishes YouTube video HERE.
You can find the Simple Wishes Signature Hands Free Pumping Bra on Amazon, or you can shop on the Simple Wishes site-  http://simplewishes.com.

What's my favorite thing about this product?  The quality of the design! It is obviously something a pumping mama needs and Simple Wishes definitely got the memo.
Is there anything I'd change?  If you're looking for something to push up, you might not find this bra very figure flattering.  I have 4 kids and I wouldn't be opposed to just a bit more oomph added to it to help boost.
I give the Simple Wishes Signature Hands Free Pumping Bra a 10/10!

  4. I had to begin pumping last week in the hospital with my newborn because he was jaundiced. Now I'm pumping 4-5 times a day. I have two hands free bras, and having another in the rotation would be great. Thanks!

  5. i don't have a pumping bra, but boy would it have helped while I was pumping. I actually hated pumping so much, I switched to expressing with my hands, which exacerbated my carpel tunnel syndrome, but I absolutely couldn't stand pumping so that's what I lived with. I'm a big breasted gal, so holding those stupid little plastic cones against my boobs was so annoying and boring it hindered my milk flow because I was so aggravated. I couldn't ever dream of being able to walk around or work at my computer while pumping. This would be a god-send.

  7. After spending 4 months EBFing, I'm just about to start pumping so that my husband can help feed LO. I don't have a pumping bra yet but would love to win this as I'm super broke right now.

  8. I have a pumping bra, but it's worn out from pumping for 2+ years with baby #1 and baby #2 will be on her way shortly! I normally pump about 4 times a day with my babies.
