I have received free products in order to host a #DisneySide @Home Celebration. All opinions expressed here on my blog are my own.
The #DisneySide @Home Celebration kit really helped make my daughter's 5th birthday a fabulous party!  I posted the kit reveal HERE, and it was full of  wonderful ways to help bring out our Disney Side. We were able to use most of it during the party, but my daughter requested her 5th birthday party have a Frozen theme, so I added many elements to make her birthday extraordinary!
I posted a sneak peek of the set-up on Instagram!
I hung blue and white streamers, taped glittery snowflake cut-outs on the wall, along with a blue icy effect paper with a black number 5.  My hubby bought a Balloon Time kit and we filled about 30 blue, white, pink and purple balloons, which all the guests found enjoyable.

I made a few Frozen Party Printables for the party table and am offering them on my design blog HERE. The water bottle labels say Melted Ice, there's a card that says A Kiss To Melt A Frozen Heart next to the bowl of chocolate kisses, and a card that says Do You Want To Build A Snowman next to a marshmallow snowman building section.  We used orange tic tacs for the nose and chocolate chips for the buttons and pretzel sticks for the arms.  I knew the kids would most likely want to snack so I packed up a mini-kit in a Sofia the First bag to go home with guests in their favor box.  See the cute little snowman I built?
We had a lot of awesome, yummy snacks at the party.  The kids loved the Frozen Snow Wands I made.  They were eaten up really quick!
These are super easy to make with just a few ingredients that you may already have.
They are about 100 calories each.
Recipe:
 4 cubes of almond bark
7 ounce bag of coconut flakes
12 ounce bag of pretzel rods
OPTIONAL: Wilton Sprinkle Set- comes with white and gold sugar pearls, white and gold pearlized sugar crystals and the beautiful pearly white jimmies sprinkles.
Directions:
1- Warm up almond bark in double boiler or pyrex bowl over small saucepan.
2- Dip one end of pretzel rod in, use a fork or spoon to smooth over entire half of rod.
3- Roll in coconut flakes or sprinkles
4.  Let cool on non-stick surface
5.  Place in a decorative bowl/cup, eat and enjoy!

I also baked chocolate cupcakes with butter-cream frosting and sprinkles to decorate the Sofia the First cupcake stand that came in the #DisneySide @ Home Celebration Hostess Kit!
The Hostess Kit came with a Wilton Disney Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Pan and a Duff™ Tie Dye Cake Mix!  The colors of the cake mix were so vivid and the cake was very moist!  It was my first time decorating a cake without fondant and using those special tips from Wilton, but it turned out great I think!  I'd honestly say anyone could pull it off!

Then it was time for games!  We played pin the smile on Mickey and took a scarf and tied it around their eyes and spun them around three times. The guest who got the smile the closest got a Sofia the First Coloring Book that came in the kit as a prize. We also played #DisneySide Bingo!
The guest were sent home with a Doc McStuffins medical bag shaped favor box full of fantastic gifts!  Disney Parks luggage tags, a coupon for $1 off Beyond Meat, MyPrintly from HP pack of 15 photo printing papers and 5 envelopes, a Disney Cinderella movie button, a Sofia the First wand, a Princessa zebra print nail file, a Disney fortune teller game and the build a snowman kit I was telling you about earlier.
Hosting a #DisneySide @ Home Celebration was so much fun!  I'm so glad I was selected to participate!  Thanks Disney Parks, MomSelect and BSM Media!  Also thank you to all the sponsors who helped make this party amazing!  I think the MyPrintly photo paper will capture all these memories of us sharing our #DisneySide for future generations to see!

  2. Wow, this Disney Side frozen birthday party is stunning. I love the way you mixed up these themes in one party and it turned out just perfect. You are such a wonderful party planner. I would like to get your help for my sister’s birthday party arrangements. I am going to throw this party at one of her favorite party venues in San Francisco.
