➡️  CLICK HERE TO SEE AN UPDATED MILKIES MILK-SAVER REVIEW  ⬅️
When I first saw a Milkies Milk-Savers advertisement in a magazine at my OBGYN office, I thought that it looked like a brilliant idea.  I mean, who really wants to waste any of that precious liquid gold?  So, I was beyond thrilled when I was offered to test this product out and tell everyone about my experience using it!
Milkies Milk-Saver is specifically designed to save every drop of breastmilk by simply resting in your bra and collecting milk from the side that you're not nursing or pumping from. This allows you to store the milk collected and use it for another feeding, whereas with a disposable nursing pad you'd just be throwing away or washing all that milk away with a cloth nursing pad.  I didn't even notice that it was in my bra, I found it to be comfortable.  The box says it can hold 2 or more ounces of milk at a time, so it's great for big leakers, especially.  I only really leak first thing in the morning, so I wore it on my first pumping session.  I LOVED that I was able to save almost a whole ounce of milk!

Milkies Milk-Saver is composed of durable materials, free of BPA or phyhalates, and has been thouroughly tested to ensure it's completely safe, emitting zero chemical leaching.  It's reusable, as well as dishwasher safe.  When you no longer have use for it, you can pass it along to a friend or even recycle it at the curb!  I'm happy to say it's also made in the USA by Fairhaven Health.  They have several other great breastfeeding products that you can check out at www.fairhavenhealth.com.
What I love most about this product is how it is so simple to use!  You no longer need to waste your breastmilk with Milkies Milk-Savers!
Is there anything I'd want to change about it?  Yes, there is just one thing.  When I leaned over to get another bottle to pump into, all the milk that was collected poured into my bra.  I about cried... I have to remind myself that I can only be in a sitting position.  So I'd change it to have less likelihood to spill over.
I have already been recommending this product to all my friends!  I find it to be a product every lactating woman could use.
Did you know that you can attach a breastmilk storage bag to make getting your breastmilk stored a little easier? Just pull off the middle part and slide a bag over it, wrap a rubberband around it and place it back into the hole. The bag can only be used/held in place UPSIDE DOWN. Photo below shows how this works!

  12. Facebook, of course, is how I found out about this giveaway! I was SO excited to find it because I haven't had the extra money to purchase these myself! I lose SO much extra milk during letdown, so this would be a lifesaver!
