Nausea is one of the first symptoms many mothers experience during pregnancy. It hits me by 8 weeks and I spend my time always keeping close to a bathroom.  It happens any time during the day or night and all the time, for what feels like an eternity.  I know there are others like me seeking relief from morning sickness.
Fairhaven Health offers natural products that are "doctor-designed" to support fertility, pregnancy/postpartum, as well as breastfeeding women. They are partnered with the American Pregnancy Association, considered a top trusted source for fertility assistance in the US and they helped me with getting pregnant this time around! I was sent the Pregnancy Bundle in exchange for a thorough, honest review.
The Pregnancy Bundle is GREAT for expecting mamas!  It includes the following:
• PregEase for Morning Sickness Relief
• Tea-for-Two & Tea Ball
• DreamBelly Stretch Mark Butter
• Sitting Pretty Soothing Spray
PregEase Morning Sickness Relief is formulated to alleviate nausea and heartburn during pregnancy using a unique combination of ingredients like Vitamin B6, B12, Ginger Root, calcium carbonate, and other natural ingredients that reduce the pain and inflammation caused by nausea and heartburn.
The chewable tablets are about the size of a penny, have a sweet citrus taste and actually taste better than any other remedy I've ever tried! The bottle recommends 2-4 daily, I took 2 tablets at the first sign of discomfort and within half an hour I felt much better! I would sometimes take another later on, but never took more than 4 in 24 hours. These tablets work quite well throughout the day, I had good luck with them- especially while also consuming the Tea-for-Two!
Tea-for-Two Pregnancy Tea is a loose leaf herbal (non-caffeinated) tea containing only organic & wild crafted herbs like Strawberry Leaf to tone and nourish the uterus, Alfalfa- a good source of Vitamin A, D, E and K- which helps prevent postpartum hemorrhage, Oatstraw to calm the nervous system/relieve tension, Dandelion Leaf for iron, calcium and potassium and Ginger & Lemon Verbena to aid with nausea symptoms.  The Pregnancy Bundle comes with a convenient Tea Ball so you can brew easily.
The tea is easy to make, add a teaspoon into the tea ball, set in a cup of hot water and let steep for 5 minutes.  It has a very pleasant taste, but you can add a little honey or sweetener of choice... I drink 2 cups a day & one bag lasts just about a month and a half.  Drinking herbal tea is a great way to keep your body hydrated and energized!
You can read my review of DreamBelly Butter HERE, but to give you a quick recap- it's ultra moisturizing without leaving residue on your skin and it smells FANTASTIC!
Sitting Pretty Soothing Spray is a postpartum MUST for perineal soreness.  It has witch hazel to reduce irritation and essential oils like peppermint & lavender to cool and heal, tea tree oil & grapefruit seed extract to disinfect and protect.  It's perfectly sized to use while using the toilet and works great at any angle. I felt total relief using this product, which was a lifesaver!
What's my favorite thing about this product?  The pregnancy bundle is really a great kit for anyone while pregnant and for postpartum support!  I love tea, so it is my favorite product in the bundle.
Is there anything I'd change about this product?  Not a thing!
I give the Pregnancy Bundle by Fairhaven Health a 10/10!
