I love showing off my advocacy for breastfeeding, especially during World Breastfeeding Week!  One of my favorite ways to do this is with cloth diapers!  Both breastfeeding and cloth diapering save money, reduce waste and are healthy choices!  I recently came across a cloth diaper with the cutest breastfeeding print from Kushy Tushy and I'm happy to help introduce you to this WAHM (work at home mom) today, as well as tell you all about the AI2 (All-In-Two) cloth diapers she makes!
Ashley Teigeler started up Kushy Tushy in May, but has been sewing cloth diapers for a few years now!  She started up the shop to help supplement her husband's income, and says, "My family has been striving to live more healthy and self sustainable for 3 years now and with that came using natural, reusable products. Cloth may not be for everyone but it can't hurt to introduce the idea to everyone I can! I want to create products that are not only useful, but so cute, they catch people's eye and make them say, "I want to try that just because it's so cute!" Then learning the other perks of cloth would just be the icing on the cake."
Her husband and children inspire her to keep creating, and says, "We pray before making decisions and we both felt in our gut that it was time to jump in and put my talents to work. We just want everything we do to bring glory to God, help others and use our talents in good, useful ways. I've prayed over every little step, even what fabric to choose, and now here we are."
Ashley says her favorite thing about being a WAHM is, "Seeing the things I make being worn by my customers children and hearing how much they love their order. It makes all the work and long nights very worth it! And a close second would be when I check my mail and there's lots of pretty fabric waiting for me!"
You can find AI2's, hybrid fitteds, and keychain diapers currently at Kushy Tushy, but soon she hopes to include nursing pads, baby shoes and clothing.
Ashley has been breastfeeding collectively for 3 years now and says she's had her share of hiccups and negative nancy's. She says there are so many great resources out there that can help you find the right support and that she has had women from across the country offer help to her through Facebook.  She feels that now she's in the position where she can pay it forward and offer her advice to others!

I was sent this diaper in exchange for a thorough, honest review.  The outer fabric is the "Breastfeeding Spectrum" print on PUL (polyurethane laminate) which is a plasticized polyester fabric that provides a waterproof barrier to keep leaks in.  The wings of this diaper are color coordinated with a pretty light blue PUL for a little extra decoration.
The colors in this particular print are just amazing, don't you agree?  The international breastfeeding symbol is alternating top and bottom faced and that really helps this print stand out in any direction you look at it.
There is a double row of 10 resin snaps across the front of the diaper, in all the colors of the rainbow! There are 3 rows of rise snap adjustments, which makes the fit very customizable. Babies can wear this diaper from 8-45 pounds. The wings have 3 snaps on each side to provide extra stability when snapped to the front.
The diaper is turned and topstitched, and the sewing is remarkable, very professionally made.  There are hidden elastics in the legs and in the middle of the back of the diaper to help customize fit.
The inside of the diaper is lined with a super soft, pillow- like layer of white microfleece.  The top of the detachable snap-in soaker is also lined with this white microfleece.  This is what it looks like laid out and ready to be put on.
The soaker folds over and the entire underside is lined with orange cotton velour for a pop of color, as well as some extra absorbency.  Throughout this soaker is one layer of super heavy organic bamboo fleece (SHOBF) 500 gsm, which is the most absorbent SHOBF available so when it's folded it is 2 layers, but there's also a lay in doubler (extra insert) that has 2 layers of SHOBF!  The soaker and doubler are serged.
My daughter is 22 months old and about 30 pounds.  She is beginning to not fit in many diapers, so I was very worried that this diaper may be too snug, but it fit her wonderfully!  She is on the thrid snap set and should be able to fit into this same setting for awhile yet.  It's so nice to have a diaper that will fit until they're potty trained!  Also, Kushy Tushy offers a SNAP & ELASTIC warranty- free snap replacements for the life of the product and free elastics within the first 6 months, $1 after 6 months.
We took off to the park down the block and I just have to say that I love this diaper.  Karebear looks super cute. Don't you just love cloth bottoms!!  This diaper had a good romping at the park, up and down ladders and slides and lasted 4 hours before I felt the leg openings get damp.
What's my favorite thing about this diaper?  It's so super soft inside, made of high quality materials and the breastfeeding print is PERFECT!!
Is there anything I'd change about this product?  I think this diaper is absolutely fine just how it is, I have no complaints whatsoever!
I give Kushy Tushy a 10/10!
